I'm still pleased with this graphic illustrating one of my favourite TOG discoveries - the SVDC Amphibian (14 Ton Special Tank). We could speculate on what could have been if it had been approved for production. www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0FMFQZLR9/ #tanks #history #ww2 #dday
It been 10 years since I drew this - the 1941 design by Col. Pawel Chrobok, Polish Army (based in Scotland) combining elements of tank, amphibian and APC. Reminds me a little of the LVTP-7. Link to my TE article tanks-encyclopedia.com/ww2/polish/t... #tanks #ww2 #history
Building on the American Holt track system, this system was patented in Germany in February 1918 by D.A.C. of Charlottenburg. It embodied several improvements and was designed specifically for the German heavy tank programme resulting in the A7V.
My 3D model of the TOG-2*'s 28 lbr. high efficiency muzzle brake is nearly complete based on my measurements from it IRL. Not sure about the details of the thread as that could not be examined without removing it. #tanks
New arrivals for the TOG-obsessive. Thanks to V&K Production for these. My model making skills are not great but the kits will keep me busy expanding the TOG-empire for sure.
