It's been decades since I've played any music. I used to play in orchestra, multiple instruments. However, I wasn't very good with the strings and piano.... I found a guitar with training tools built in. If y'all think I should give it a try (I'll stream it too) let me know in the comments!

Well, I normally post the food pics from the weekend. But this was not good enough. There were problems this week. The biryani was not right bc 2 ingred. and the saffron didn't bloom, it was too old. The color on the palak was not right and it was too thin Oh well I guess it happens sometimes.

It's been a long long time since I started my current job. Like longer than a lot of y'all have existed. And I keep being reminded that I should be trying my best to leave for something better. But what I'm finding is always a lower pay grade, albeit for less work initially, but that doesn't 1/?

Here's what I could come up with on the fly. I made a rich pasta sauce with andouille sausage, mushrooms, herbs and spices. Then used a pork loin and some frozen veggies to make a fresh tho mildly sweet fried rice. Sesame oil makes a difference. www.twitch.tv/fyrekat_2

Made a new type of curry this time. Karee curry. It is similar to Japanese curry but smells like Indian curry. Either way, it came out nicely. Bou helped by making the katsu tofu to go along with it.
Work is getting more oppressive and stressful. I'm finding it hard to be responsive and to keep up with everyone. I'm looking for another job but it's been slow going. Sorry if I've missed a few things or have been slow sometimes.
