Just listened to a fine piece of broadcasting from @mrjamesob.bsky.social after #RichardLittlejohn had the front to stand in his immense glasshouse and criticise him 🫣
We're just at the end of your last ten year plan. Not gonna lie, the results ain't that great.
@theipaper.com I have just taken up this offer and the £1 has been taken out of m account but I still do not have access.
There are bad calls every weekend in the PL. some are so bad you can’t help but wonder why. We had 3 of them in the city game alone. But a correct call is the 1 that has everyone losing their minds. Which should just remind you that none of this is about VAR or refereeing at all
Your intellectual argument sort of unravels when you say “yes it was a foul but” before spewing gibberish that boils down to throwing a tantrum about not getting the result you wanted.
History kind of repeating itself?…. #Spurs won the #UEFA cup in 1972, relegated in 1977. #ManU won the #EuropeanCup in 1968, relegated in 1974. Really don’t think it will happen this season though

Mum Circa 1952! This is an edit of an original taken by my Uncle Carl McDonald in Saint Andrew, Kingston, #Jamaica. This was in the early days of my Mother’s #nurse training which she completed at St Andrew’s Hospital, Bromley-By-Bow in #EastLondon in the 1960s. #Windrush #Midwife #WestIndian
November 2013 Jazzie B, Caron Wheeler, Lloyd Bradley & Steve Salvari. We were at the Bird Cage pub on Columbia Road, Shoreditch for the book launch of Lloyd’s, ‘Sounds Like London: 100 Years of Black Music in the Capital’. Great night with Steve performing live with his band!

I remember being taught the industrial revolution (Archbishop Tenison’s by Dr Colwill) in the detail expressed by #DavidOlusoga, we would have been in the same year. It would have been great to connect the dots and be taught why the American Civil War had such a devastating effect in NW England.
