Inventory re-sort update In response to the recent database problems, we re-worked how item sorting is handled. Instead of trying to update a whole inventory which could be 150k+ items, we now split updates into smaller chunks to prevent large updates from slowing down the whole system.
Inventory re-sort is disabled for some users In the past few days Gaia had been experiencing some periodic slow down and errors when it comes to inventory and marketplace, but would extend to features such as forum posting. We've since upgraded our database servers but the issue continued.

Site errors fixed and inventory sorting restored Today we ran across a database issue where our inventory database reached a breaking point in keeping up with traffic. We had to perform some emergency upgrades which just resolved the issues.
