Normal guy in late forties. Dad bod (but aiming to change that). Single (definitely looking). Shy, good sense of humour and mildly intelligent. Free to a good home. Based in the UK (Chelmsford).

And now, a little Vivaldi. Michel Tirabosco, a renowned pan flute player, collaborating with Raphaël Froissart. He is a professor at the Geneva Conservatory. Born with physical differences, he began playing the pan flute at 7 and has achieved international recognition for his skill. #streetmusic

Hi. This is my first post in a month. Not really had anything interesting to write about. Please post a message as it would be lovely to read a message from you. You are probably more interesting than you think.

Hi. all. Hope you are having a good day. I just wanted to reach out to any Bluesky members that live in or around Chelmsford, UK. It would be great to hear from you.

Hi, all. Hope things are well with you. Just wanted to reach out to any members on Bluesky who happen to live in or around Chelmsford, UK. It would be great to hear from you.

Hoorah - the first sign that working out is actually making a difference. My chest hair is a mixture of colours now though, the consequence of aging.

I have to announce, with embarrassment, a set back in my weight loss regime - frankly, I have not lost but gained over the past few days. I am feeling quite low about it.

My friend has stated I should post the image of what I want to change about my body. This picture should leave you in no doubt, hopefully it will be different in a few months time (miracles do happen). Alternatively, if you post offering to give money to charity I promise to take it down.

Hi. A friend once advised me that you have to have something to drive you to change the way you appear. Posting regular images of your body in a weight-loss process apparently makes success more likely. Well, so far, I have lost half a stone.

My healthier-eating regime is making me feel better even if my weight is not getting any less. A big thank you to those who have been following me. 76 people may not be a large number but it does feel great to be an average-guy with that many people choosing to share. You're much appreciated.

I've just had a coffee in Pret. An elderly lady parked her shopping trolley and meticulously cleaned by herself a double table nearby. It was spotless. Then her husband appeared with the coffees and promptly sat down somewhere else and she moved to sit with him.

Shopped at Tesco and as often happens the machine did not accept my scanned ClubCard. Still, I should appreciate that, "Every Little Helps" Tesco to make more profit for the Shareholders and Directors who do so little for so much. Capitalism - a charity for the wealthy paid for by the poor.

I will now always weigh myself whilst wearing my glasses. This morning, without them on, I thought I had gained an entire stone overnight. It is a wonder that medical treatment was not required to deal with the shock. Please do not make this mistake yourselves. Learn from this idiot.

I think I have established why my weight-loss is quite difficult to achieve. I am very partial to a nice slice of cake with a coffee. Would it be impertinent to ask what other people's weight-loss obstacles are?

The weight-loss regime is bringing about mild results. Gaining weight is always easier than losing it - one of the great trials of life. Hoping to have the Beach-Body ready by next summer. Hope you all have a nice weekend.

( Part Two ). Over the past year I have lost more than a stone slowly. By posting images I hope to shift it faster. 12 days ago I posted my first snap and I have lost 3 lbs since. Not fast but it is at least a start.

( Part One ). Dear Friends. I am hardly a Voyeur and so the reason for posting images is not for any specific kink. For many years I have struggled with my weight; currently 5' 10'' tall and more than 14 stone with little sign of the weight shifting fast.
