NY-01 is officially on the map. Our district has been added to the DCCC’s highly competitive Districts in Play program. NY-01 is tired of being represented by no-show Nick LaLota. This milestone shows that NY-01 is ready to elect leadership that serves with integrity, accountability, and purpose.

Long Island families are already feeling squeezed every time they go to the grocery store, fill up their gas tank, or pay their monthly bills. And when conflict escalates overseas, those costs often go even higher. What’s happening abroad doesn’t stay abroad. It hits our wallets right here at home.

For far too long, women’s health has been underfunded, under-researched, and overlooked. Endometriosis affects millions of women, yet too many spend years waiting for a diagnosis while living with chronic pain. PCOS affects 1 in 8 women and is a leading cause of infertility.

In the same breath as his photo ops, LaLota sent a letter to local town supervisors threatening to withhold support for federal funding requests unless they allowed ICE to operate in their communities on his terms. Long Island deserves leadership that truly serves the people.

Thank you, Jake Tapper, for having me on CNN. At the end of the day, my focus is always on Long Islanders. While Washington often gets caught up in distractions, the people I represent are dealing with real challenges right now—rising costs and the struggle to afford everyday essentials.

I’m honored to be endorsed by VoteVets and to stand alongside an incredible slate of veterans running for Congress. I’m grateful for VoteVets’ confidence in our campaign and proud to stand with fellow veterans who are committed to putting service over politics.

I am devastated by reports that two service members have been killed in the war with Iran and I am praying for the safe return of another service member currently missing in action. My heart is with their families, friends, and fellow troops. It’s time to end the war and bring our troops home.

I was looking through old photos recently, and I couldn’t help but reflect on the journey that’s brought me here. Looking back, I realized there has always been one constant in my life: service. I’m running because I believe Long Island deserves leaders who put service before politics.

The recent fatal ICE shootings that claimed the lives of Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, Johan Sebastián Durán Guerrero, Alex Pretti, and Renée Good are heartbreaking and unacceptable These tragedies reflect serious failures in leadership, training, and accountability. #politics

I’m honored to receive the endorsement of the Committee to Protect Health Care and to be designated as a Care for U.S. Candidate. This endorsement means so much because health care is not just a policy issue, it is about people’s lives, dignity, and freedom.

This campaign has never been about one person. It’s about a community coming together to build something better. People across NY-01 are stepping up because they believe it’s time for real leadership and real solutions. This is what a truly people-powered campaign looks like.

I’m running for Congress because Long Island deserves a representative who will fight for working families, not special interests. For too long, politicians like Nick LaLota. I know what service means, and I know we can do better.

I’m honored to receive the endorsement of Congressman Pat Ryan, a fellow veteran and public servant who knows what it means to put country, community, and service above politics.

NY-01, make your voting plan. Early voting is happening now, and Primary Day is Tuesday, June 23. I’m running because I believe Long Island deserves the best leadership that brings people together, tells the truth, and delivers real results.
