Hmmm, looks like two duds in a row for ol' Game Sack! It happens. The next episode in two weeks will be back to the familiar, so please look forward to it!
NEW EPISODE! Watch me look like an idiot as I play a bunch of Eye Toy games on the PS2! www.youtube.com/watch?v=WfiN...
So I made this video, just for fun. I always wondered what the movies would be like with the TV show music. www.youtube.com/watch?v=wLNN...
NEW EPISODE! Let's look at some games that make great first impressions and make you wanna keep playing. But do they keep up the fun for the whole game? www.youtube.com/watch?v=-prG...
All of these tributes for Sam Niell and not one of them shows a screen grab from Event Horizon?
This is how I did the intro for Game Sack starting in 2024. I used my iPad Mini to mirror my Mac's desktop and draw in Photoshop with the Apple Pencil. It's animated on 2s which means it runs at 15 frames per second. I didn't want anyone to think this was a filter or AI!
Hello 😊👋 I am porting Monkey Ball to the #Dreamcast bringing AiAi home where he belongs! 🐵🍌 I am using the GameCube assets from Super Monkey Ball for this. There is a prototype demo featuring the beginner courses + extra floors. Here is a playthrough: www.youtube.com/watch?v=277A...

The comment sections on older videos can be strange to look at these days.
NEW EPISODE! Let's look at some games that make the console they're on look pathetic! www.youtube.com/watch?v=jRNa...
I'm almost sold on the STEAM Machine. It's just missing one thing... A required monthly subscription! Add that and then I'm on board!
NEW EPISODE! Let's take a look at the BIGGEST, most MEMORY INTENSIVE cartridge games on almost every platform! www.youtube.com/watch?v=UNkI...
NEW EPISODE! Let's check out some 3D franchises where some interesting 2D games eventually appeared! www.youtube.com/watch?v=POvq...
When is your birthday? Well guess what, your NEW birthday is June 7 because that's when the new Crazy Taxi trailer is revealed.
So I missed the Mighty Cuphead Adventure announcement. I had heard people talking "8-bit" and I was like "OK cool so it'll be another NES-like with tons of parallax scrolling that shouldn't be in there." Nope. Legit real Master System game with a cartridge version planned for release! Can't wait!
Only saw some of the game show. Only a few that I saw had some color. In fact one I think might be really cool is the Hot Wheels game that reminded me a lot of Burnout Paradise. That could be super fun. Also I'm sure the chuds will find a reason to complain about Stellar Blade's protagonist.
Finally managed to see most of the rest of the State of Play. The Stunt Man game looks fun. There were a couple of others that might be fun but I can't recall. Crazy Taxi will be shown Sunday on the Xbox thingy.
That God of War Laufey game COULD be good but STFU already, there is way too much talking and not enough actual gaming. And I can tell the cube is gonna get old fast. Every game needs a sassy companion these days! And I hope everything in the game isn't done with the shoulder buttons like Dad of War
Forza Horizon 6 "finished" at 32 hours. The Saturn is a 32-bit console. Coincidence? YES! It has nothing to do with this game, why would you even think that? I still have things to do here that don't matter like finding all of the roads. Overall a good game, but stale. WRITTEN REVIEW IN ALT TEXT!
Wake me up when EVs have a better battery technology than Li-ion. It'll happen, preferably sooner than later. Hopefully the newer batteries will have more capacity, be fuckloads lighter, faster recharge, ability to be extinguished quickly if a fire happens, and be kinder to the environment.
NEW EPISODE! Sometimes console ports turn out better than the original arcade games for a variety of reasons. So why bother playing the arcade version? Check out these examples! www.youtube.com/watch?v=9S6B...
2nd or 3rd impression. 6 hours in. Gets better as Horizon games are slogs to begin, and ALL modern games are annoying at the start with constant interruptions, etc. Once it leaves you alone it improves. I wish they'd stop forcing me to race in this boat though. The enemies get far better vehicles.
FORZA HORIZON FIRST IMPRESSIONS: In the words of Talking Heads, "Same as it ever was". Nothing new here other than the locale and different radio buddies who absolutely Will. Not. Shut. Up. Graphics are the same quality. Audio has been a bit downgraded from part 5 with less subwoofer.
Finally got this! And it comes on a Game Key Card™! It's Xbox so that's perfectly OK. The rules are that you're only supposed to get mad when Nintendo does this. I suppose my biggest gripe though would be that Xbox always has the slowest network speeds. Oh well, worth it for this game!
Love FMV games? Hate 'em? Either way the story of Digital Pictures is a fascinating one. A real journalist, @pandamonium.bsky.social, has made an engaging video chronicling the life of the company. Yes, it's 8 hours long, but that's OK because it's in 4:3. www.youtube.com/watch?v=QM-I...
