Kendal Calling 2022 was bitter sweet. I picked up an insect bite in Morocco over the Easter which caused a thumb sized lesion on my foot, which made walking painful. It didn’t heal until the autumn. Added to the rain and my daughter wanting to go to bed at 8pm missing the headliners. #TicketStubWed

Really enjoyed The Flaming Lips supported by The Beta Band at The Piece Hall last month. Can’t believe it’s been 20 years since the later became The Aliens. Loved their first two albums. Watched them twice at The Faversham too. #MusicSky #TicketStubWed
Was disappointed with Rough Trade’s RT50 stage 4 release yesterday. Was hoping to get something as I’d missed out on the previous 2 stages. Instead, I consoled myself with a Getdown Services print from Toucan Tango (which has Yorkshire on it). Looking forward to seeing them in November. #MusicSky

There were 2 power surges during the film causing it to be fast forwarded twice. The traffic lights were still out on the way home. Said they would email us all a voucher to see another film for free.
