Unpopular opinion: we need to leave the slasher icons in the past. They’ll always have their place in horror and pop culture but every reboot just tarnishes the legacy a bit more. They’re a product of their time especially Freddy Kruger. Also a NOES movie without Robert Englund doesn’t work imo.
