While I still detected some of that classic Marvel meddling, a totally unnecessary character and some very brief jarring effects, this is still the best Tom Holland Spider-Man film and it manages to do something most Marvel films can’t do anymore, feel like a real film. 3.5 but closer to 4 than a 3

I have the normal gripes I tend to have with Nolan projects(sound mix/inconsistent dialogue), but this is still one of those films of a scale that only comes around once every 10-15 years. A must see IMO 4.5/5
