Do you love J.R.R. Tolkien? Did you enjoy the poetry of the Rohirrim? There's lots more alliterative verse where it came from! Check out the current issue of Forgotten Ground Regained: Alliterative Verse in Arda (Beowulf-style Tolkien fan poems). #tolkien #fanfic alliteration.net/back-issues/...

It's quick How much we can see, We've passed infinite Elements and we've Barely hugged thousands Of miles. We can't hold on, So just let go—the notes Of brooding symphonies Are here, and we've Barely heard the Earth As it bends and breaks And shatters us. #poetry #vss365 #listen #music #poet

#revealing In poetry, it's still okay To write a complete sentence. Please, it's not a series of Oxymorons or antitheses or hypocrisies, Just write the damn line That the subject made just fine. Finish the sentence And set the precedence, You have so much To work with! #poetry #vss365 #ah
