Disappointing. I think it's ridiculous that the Stockbridge City Council has the authority to impeach its mayor. This is a situation ripe for overturning the will of the people using flimsy pretexts. And all the charges I heard in the news seemed very flimsy.

Text messages between an 18 year old and a 21 year old, before the 21 year old was even sworn in as mayor. Big deal. This "case" really looks like someone with an axe to grind throwing everything they can find against the wall to see what might stick.

T-Mobile raised our bill for two lines (plus a third "free" line we didn't use) by $46 in one go. Switched back to Google Fi. Paying significantly less than we were before the increase and access to the exact same network.
Last weekend, we saw this movie at The Tara, accompanied by comedians roasting it. Fun times. I watched the film many times when I was a kid (my dad had a bootleg VHS tape). I did not realize at the time, though, that the evil queen was a lesbian who was pissed Sonja wouldn't be her consort.

Jon Ossoff is such a good Senator. He is the only statewide elected official who has ever called me up out of the blue to see how Doraville was doing and if we needed anything from him. It's not surprising that he's getting bipartisan support from mayors across the state.

This is such a good show, and a rare one that is centered on the experiences of people in their 50s. We just watched Seasons 1 and 2, and loved them. Worth checking out, even if you're not in your 50s.

There were some dumb things about this show, but I generally liked Star Fleet Academy. I'm disappointed to hear it's been canceled.. but I'm happy that we're still getting a season 2. I'll miss this more inclusive era of Star Trek when it's over.

Celebrating B.J.’s bday, this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. I’m a vegetarian and sometimes substitutions are kind of sad compared to the main menu, but their accommodations were very good, and the service was excellent. Recommend if you are in Maui celebrating nylosmaui.com
