One of the most tedious things about making OC Playlists is that instead of just dropping songs that make me think of them or that they'd listen to, I wind up spending HOURS carefully placing tracks in a specific order to LYRICALLY tell an underlying story for listeners to try and piece together.

My baby boy passed away this morning. He’ll be buried under our sweet orange tree in the backyard. Thank you for 22 years, my lil’ Kotaro. 😞

Not sure what happened or what clicked, but I'm feeling a sudden burst of inspiration to want to draw and maybe even do some writing in the form of much needed character bios and development. Hell, I'm starting to miss RPing too. Gonna try and grip onto this feeling as tight as I can this time.

Sometimes the trick to easing back into inking is to mess with your current brush settings until it feels right again.

Hitting a bit of a slowdown as I get through the last of my queue. My 22 yr old lil’ boy’s been going downhill for the past few weeks - I’ve decided to spend the day hours with him until someone else is home to keep watch so I can work with some ease. Anticipatory grief is the worst part.

Highlight of my bestie’s bday weekend was the KBBQ + karaoke night. Life is worth living.

Body’s currently fighting off an infection as of last night. I feel like I got sucker punched to hell with cold sweats, painful headaches, and a sore body. After this weekend I’m gonna have to slow tf down for sure. Ughhh;; OTL

The new Spiderman movie was so fucking good, it was actually hard for me to keep my damn mouth shut from overreacting - had to keep my hand on my mouth half the time. Thank god I binged the first three movies last night for context.

I always wonder if people are intimidated to talk to me. Genuinely I guarantee I’m more shy, introverted and afraid to talk than you are. 🥲 But if someone yaps at me, I yap back! I just struggle with holding long conversations cause of my ADHD or I get worried that I’m annoying after five minutes.

There were a lot of July birthdays I had to sit through, so I’ll start back on comms next week. I’m so tired. 😭💦

Felt good to talk about an old story and characters I had since middle school to my favorite person. Made me realize how much more fun I had when I was creatively carefree. So I might bring those characters back in the future, who knows!

Daemons of the Shadow Realm… I haven’t been obsessed over Hiromu Arakawa’s work since ‘03 FMA, which started dwindling down through Brotherhood ‘09. And now here we are, what, 17 years later? I’m in love again. It’s a wonderful feeling.

Turned another year today. Probably just gonna get myself a $20 sushi platter or something and not feel bad about it.

I don’t really join artfight because the speed in which people draw things for attacks is very intimidating… I’m too slow to attack back. I’d just rather browse and draw OCs I like and that’s about it. But that’s also just something I can do with whenever and wherever that isn’t artfight, yanno?

A big part of not posting much art is the struggle of choice paralysis. I have so many OCs that I’ve hardly-to-never shown off, the choice paralysis is on a cosmic level;; What do I do!? 😭
