Tuned up our skis and now enjoying Snowbird.
The past 2 days have been some of the best days skiing I’ve ever had. Deep powder with my boys. Jumping off rocks, bumps, and anything else. Fresh tracks all day. Love it.
Maybe it was the open bar, but I felt like my dancing at my niece’s bat mitvah was incredible last night. *maybe = definitely

My PA and I bombed down this untouched run 10 times today. He’s walking uphill to gather his ski after a high speed/soft landing crash.
Had a good day at big sky until I skied over a rock field sneakily covered with 4 inches of snow, damaged my ski, broke my boot, somehow hucked my ski pole off a cliff…and ripped my pants. Can’t win em all! I’m all good for tomorrow.
157K the past 6 days and a slightly tweaked MCL makes today a good rest/travel day. I’ll be back crushing tomorrow in Big Sky. ⛷️ 🎉

$15 chili at ski resorts is not unusual, but this child size container ain’t cutting it.

My friend took HS senior son to a place offering contralateral graft ACL surgery for faster return than offered by other surgeons. He returned to play HS basketball LESS THAN FIVE MONTHS after surgery. Re-ruptured first game back. That poor kid.
This was a nice day. Off to Jackson and Big Sky this week for a vacation! 😁

Skiing with little legos. Unclear why Yardsale is carrying a block of snow.
I really thought the “don’t put empty cereal boxes back on the shelf” phase of parenting would go by faster.
Sooo $583 a night x 2 nights = $2256 due largely to a $827 “host fee.” These people have lost touch with reality.
