Rewatching Edgerunners after seeing the trailer for season II. Having played 2077 this time, I've noticed that the show is great at advertising stuff from the game.

My zoomer coworkers were gossiping and giggling because they saw me use a graphing calculator. Apparently that's old-coded now. The hip young kids just google "calculator."

Almost all of the decent accounts that cover Syria are still only on Twitter, unfortunately. Bluesky apparently has a mostly American demographic, which makes it harder to get international news here.

I miss the pandemic a lot. It's been a year since I started working in a cubicle farm, and having to be around dozens of people all day long tires me out.

Most of the posts here read like they were written by a marketing department trying to sell something. I assume the accounts are small-time creators trying to market themselves. Not a ton of posts that feel like they came from human beings.
