I really, REALLY think now is the time to start looking for an alternative, it just isn't sustainable to use YouTube anymore, there is far too much anxiety just... existing there.

I always find seeing my post has been saved to be a little ominous. If it's artwork that makes sense, but if it's just a take I'm giving, what are you saving that for? On the off chance some youtuber is going to make an epic dunk debunk of me, I won't be engaging, I've put all that behind me.

It's really easy to make fun of unreal engine for being shit but oh my god it is so fucking shit. With VERY few exceptions the games that release on it are awful too because the types of games that would want to use what unreal has to offer are fundamentally uninteresting in the first place.

I tend to announce videos when I have the thumbnail but I actually have 0 clue what to do for the thumbnail this time so that's cool and good.

One of the worst things that I do is I'll do like 4 takes for a line that I said PERFECTLY FINE the first time because I thought it sounded weird in the moment, but somehow I'll have a take so bad it genuinely sounds like I headbutted the microphone and that'll be the ONLY take of that line I did.
