With enactment of House Bill 1035 this week ncleg.gov/EnactedLegis... the General Assembly moved 15 more municipalities from odd-year to even-year elections, bringing the total to around 90 in even-years of the approximately 540. As recently as 2015 there were just 2 or 3 in even-years. #ncpol
