Allocating blame in orgs is difficult b/c multiple people were likely involved in the outcome. We suggest that people simplify this Q by using a metaphor, where the boss is the “mind”, who makes decisions, and the employees are the “body”, who carry out those decisions. More info below!

Happy to share that I’ll be speaking at the EAWOP conference in May! I am joining an amazing group of scholars in the following session: “Labor Relations Symposium: Union Commitment, Economic Insecurity, and Political Attitudes”

I am a PhD candidate in Psychology at the CUNY Graduate Center. My research examines how we understand each other and our work, with implications for addressing the gender/care pay gaps, opposition to labor organizing, and barriers to structural change. Happy to connect and talk about my research
