Jeanine Pirro should be disbarred. It is absolutely indefensible and gross misconduct to rush through a criminal indictment for political reasons before an investigation has been completed, which resulted in false evidence being presented to a grand jury.
Thanks to Trump, the country is getting neither. From Iran, to drug dealing, to health care, to immigration, to the Reflecting Pool, he doesn't play fair, he's not honest, and he doesn't win either! Let's pray that we can soon get back to deserving respect and even earning a few victories.

We used to have presidents who exhibited character, honesty, integrity, kindness, and empathy. Those are all things that I think all of us long for once again. We were reminded today by Barack Obama that we can have that.
UPDATE: Trump is taking another $45 million of taxpayer dollars for his ballroom. We went from a "taxpayer free" ballroom to costing HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS of taxpayer dollars. Your costs are rising while he steals everything he can for idiotic vanity projects.

Celebrating the end of legal slavery in the United States is among the best possible reasons for a national holiday. A small step toward atonement for that societal sin. But can we rename it? I worry that "Juneteenth" sounds unserious and gives opponents a convenient way to roll eyes and ridicule.
