I posted this on X and forgot to post it here. 🧵Why Authoritarian Systems Fear Women’s Bodies. Authoritarian systems always start by policing women’s bodies. Not because women are “dangerous,” but because controlling women is the fastest way to control everyone.
I hope our leaders are cognizant of the fact that Iran is clearly forcing these deployments to Israel on purpose. Going after Muwaffaq Salti Air Base in Jordan depletes interceptors that were being used to protect Israel. Now our assets are moving to a less-defended Israel. 🙃
