I remember watching this when it aired live in September, 1976, the Muppet Show's first season. I didn't know who Rita Moreno was, only that she was amazing. She won a Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Individual Performance in a Variety or Music Program. Happy Sunday Funday! 🥵

I don't think Obama's trying to move AES to the center; I do think he could use a little coaching, though. I find his cockiness and aggressiveness--e.g., grabbing a reporter's shoulders--a turnoff. Focus more on message and less on the muscles and cockiness, I say. Just my two cents. ☮️

This boomer is very skeptical about new musicians, hard as I try to be open to new sounds. But I discovered Billy Strings a few years ago and was blown away: by his banjo playing, by his lyrics, by his voice. If you can, hear his interview on NYT--and his music! Amazing. 💙

I've been a Beatles fanatic since I was six and screamed every time I saw a helicopter in the sky, thinking they were in it. Eternal thanks. And it was a Beatles convention in the 80s that I discovered my other favorite band, Grateful Dead.💙

This is ridiculous. This doctor saved millions of lives while Trump did his best to kill us all. Those who took the doctor's advice did well. Those who listen to Trump, drinking bleach and taking horse pills, not so much. And Rand Paul is an ASSHOLE with his obsession with this good doctor. WTF 🤬
