Part of an email I received from my GP practice, which serves more than 10,000 people. Based on current criteria, only 8 (!!!) people qualify for these GLP1s from the NHS 👀. With >90% accessing these drugs privately, this is driving health inequalities.
There are good & bad people in the world. Most people, of all colours, creed, religion & immigrant status, are good. There are, sadly, bad people, who are also of all colours, creed, religion & immigrant status. Both are independent variables. Equating one with the other only encourages hate.

Such wonderful weather to begin the bank holiday weekend, means firing up the grill! Ribeye, potato wedges, grilled English asparagus and (non-English) broccoli spears, with a killer sauce. Everything bar the sauce is done on my selection of BBQs!
