Morning Skyfolk. Head therapy this morning. I’ve been mopping up everyone else’s tears this past couple of weeks. Perhaps I need space for mine.

I’m ambulatory this morning which is a vast improvement on yesterday. So I’m shambling to the opticians. I still have shaking hands though. Whoop! Gonna second hand book store as a treat….

Meanwhile, in ASBOland, housing company's response to my formal complaint is a triumph of bold assertion over reality. Did they really think I wouldn't keep receipts?

Day 3 Death Cleansing: order is emerging from chaos. Four storage bags down to two. Still too much. 20 dresses bagged up for charity, plus random other stuff. I’m finding the stuff that fits and I love, but which feels ‘too good to wear’. Like this Hobbs skirt. I should just wear it, shouldn’t I?

My favourite Hobbs skirt, unworn for two years.

If I ever share anything that turns out to be AI generated, call me out because AI is horrendous. And it will be posted by accident. Those I do mostly post my own photos of a small white dog, far too many clothes, books and my stupid face.

Back to Swedish Death Cleansing. Doing a proper clothes audit bc I keep trying to boost my serotonin in charity shops. I have far too many clothes. Coats and bags today. 24 bags and 22 coats of all kinds. Trying to put some in charity bags shouldn’t be this hard… Dresses tomorrow. Eek!

A multitude of bags The coats, they become ghosts….I love each and everyone of these jackets and will die on this hill

Therapist: switch your phone off to give yourself a break Gp mental health nurse: switch your phone off to give yourself a break Today: unwell so switch off phone The universe: calls P's phone instead to yell at me about crap they won't take responsibility for. I might have said bollocks.

I’m rather poorly today. But I’ve been sticking my poems in my extremely scruffy creative journal and seeing them makes me happy. I drafted Ripple at Poetry Surgery.
