📢 Trans rights groups are taking the UK Government back to the ECtHR. TACC and Trans Exile Network have filed a joint case arguing that the UK has never complied with the 2002 Goodwin v UK ruling - which established privacy and recognition rights for trans people under Article 8.

📢 After pressure from the @GoodLawProject.bsky.social The EHRC has withdrawn its interim guidance on single-sex spaces - a document that had encouraged trans exclusion. The EHRC had wrongly implied that trans people could be routinely excluded from services protected under the Equality Act.
