📢 After pressure from the @GoodLawProject.bsky.social The EHRC has withdrawn its interim guidance on single-sex spaces - a document that had encouraged trans exclusion. The EHRC had wrongly implied that trans people could be routinely excluded from services protected under the Equality Act.
