Usually when faced with such an out of the blue request, there's always something, anything, to reflect the inner musings. Like tempered annoyance or a flash of concern, scowling judgement or even reluctant agreement. And etched in Lightning's expression, none of those could be found. -

Sun bright in the sky and a cooling breeze dancing through the air, Jill decided that for a change, she would look over the Hideaway’s paperwork outside — she might not get as much work done as she’d like, but anything beats sitting in the stuffy library all day.

Carrying a rather large piece of meat behind her back for Torgal, but she’d dare not let anyone see her.

While Jill was perhaps more resistant to the cold than most, due to the blessing of Shiva, on the flip side, it also made her far more susceptible to the heat than a Pearson usually should be. Fanning herself with a self made ice fan, Jill groaned, far too hot to do much today.

“The first time?” She seemed somewhat surprised by that question, but suddenly snapped out of it and shook her head. “Oh! No, no… this is someone I’ve known for a long time.” She answered, a small smile forming on her visage, “Since I was a child, actually. Why do you want to know?”
