Dear lovely person who accidentally bought the display copy of A Dance With Death while I was away from the table, my apologies that your copy has the last two pages taped together (which I do to avoid spoiling the reveal) 😅

the lessons we need to take are clear. Dolly said "find out who you are and do it on purpose", and Tim Curry's line is "don't dream it, be it" they would both be disappointed if we wrote that off as corny. so what? it's necessary. we have everything to lose if we are dishonest to ourselves.

RIP legend. You were amazing in everything you did, but my favourite is always going to be Clue (closely followed by Muppet Treasure Island). Between you and Dolly, the world's a little dimmer this week.

Re: last repost - it is literally dark outside right now. At 11am. In July. This is way less fun than an eclipse, lemme tell you. Stay inside if you can, Ontarians. And my sincerest condolences if you don't have AC

Good morning,Ontario, the sky looks like armageddon and the air smells like a campfire where you were burning something you really shouldn’t. Be careful out there. 😷

Currently pining for those golden days of yore when my sinuses were clear. One never appreciates the simple ability to breathe through one's nose when they have it. *plays "Paved Paradise" on repeat*

TCAF was an absolute blast and I met so many awesome people and sold so many comics and I am also SO glad to be at home in my pyjamas now. Worth it, but phew! Many thanks to all the volunteers and staff who make this amazing festival happen! Y'all are rockstars

My Table number for TCAF is SO CLOSE to Sherlock Holmes' address that it's painful. You can find me at 220B in the Hockey Arena on the 3rd floor of the Mattamy Athletic Centre next weekend!

I thought I had escaped Calgary without getting my annual nosebleed - it is SO dry there usually, but it was snowy/damp this time so I was hopeful - but alas, I awoke after my red eye flight home having lost the blood vessel battle. Calgary was great tho! Lovely to see everyone who stopped by!
