[ID: a digital piece of fanart from the game minecraft story mode. It features two drawings of a character, Petra. A larger one to the left of her in her Order of the Stone outfit in dramatic blue shades and lighting, and a smaller less serious one to the top right corner. Pictures of her from the game make up the background behind them, all opaque. And to the bottom right is red clip Jesse, another character from the game. Holding a hand to her face and biting her lips with a smirk. A thought bubble makes up the Petras on the canvas that she is "thinking" of. end ID]

[ID: a transparent background drawing of a seawing sona named Springtide. A chibi fully colored dragon inspired by Wings of Fire who is seated at a table working away at a computer. Turned to the reader with closed eyes and a cheerful cartoon smile. Her left eye has a cartoonishly purple bruise upon it, right behind her giant glasses. The background consists of plushies, little aliens, a bloxy cola to her right hand, and a corkboard with even more aliens. As well as a tiny "ow" written by her eye. Implying, in a more metaphorical way, that she is being beat up by her college homework. end ID]

old vs newer refs of my WoF sona, Springtide !!!! #wingsoffire #wof #wofoc #wofsona #seawing

[ID: an older design of my wings of fire sona, springtide, a fullbody side view of her on a rectangular canvas. she has a very short stature. her neck close to the rest of her body similar to a turtle before entering their shell. her colors are deep and somewhat dark. a deep blue on the upper layer of her scales being met with a greener tint for her middle layer. with a mint green underbelly. the same color of the dorsal fins along her back. she has pink membraned wings, the same shade along her neck for her two visible gill slits. bioluminescent scales down her body being a slightly highlighter-like green. above her is a reference for her talons. small and pudgy with highlighter yellow membranes in between each finger. a testament to her swimming ability. to the left of the canvas are small rectangular shapes of her colors in simpler form for eye-dropping. and to the opposite of that, in loose cursive at the right corner of the canvas is her name. written in blue with green highlights at the bottom. "Spring Tide". and below this a meme from tumblr. in post form, by user devilishbirds, saying: guy who has never seen a girl: hey why is this table so tall and hot. (and below this,) guy afraid of horses: HAY?????. (and below that, reblogged as a separate post,) i fucked up that was supposed to be grill. end ID]

[ID: a newer design of my wings of fire sona, springtide, a fullbody side view of her on a rectangular canvas. she has a very short stature. though her neck stands proudly. her colors are bright and coastal pastel themed. a fresh shade of light blue on the upper layer of her scales being met with gradients of cyan greens. all ranging in brightness. with a light mint green underbelly. the two sets of dorsal fins along her back; one cresting her head, the other running down her thick tail: is a vibrant shade of electric green. she has pink membraned wings, the same shade along her neck for her three visible gill slits. bioluminescent scales down her body being the same shade as her underbelly. above her is a reference for her eyes. specifically her spectacles, which are round and large. her reference for her wing, which is not present on the fullbody, is drawn simply to the middle upper right hand corner. a deep blue that holds the lighter pink membrane, similar to the shade seen on her pointy ears. to the left of the canvas are small rectangular shapes of her colors in simpler form for eye-dropping. running up and down along the page. and to the opposite of that, in loose cursive at the right corner of the canvas is her name. written in dark red under the comic sans font. "Spring Tide". end ID]

my creation.. he is finally complete.... now onto his siblings ^^ #wof #wingsoffire #wingsoffireoc #artfight

[ID: a fullbody digital piece of my character, Prince Nimbus, ispired by the series Wings of Fire, illustrated on a rectangular grey canvas. pointed horizontally. Prince Nimbus is a lanky, smug looking skywing. the pose is relatively simple. with Nimbus facing the left of the canvas with a smug smile on his face. his bright crimson scales layered with a set of darker ones ranging down his head to his tail. a gradient of a darker shade to his tail tip. as well as a darker gradient along his lower arms and back legs, similar to long dark red socks. a single right arm raised tentatively. he also has a bright orange underbelly with a diamond-like shape of yellow across his chest. the same colors seen across his darkly colored wing membrane. forming the shape and appearance of the sun. there are tinges of purple throughout his design, giving him a semi royal appearance, even if only in blood. there is also a smaller set of his wings drawn in the middle right side of the page; one containing the sun-like patter on his membrane, the other void of it, to illustrate both the front and back of his wings. with a diagram of his fire to the left wall of the rectangular canvas. a bright and burning cyan going from a gradient of a deeper shade of blue into the crimson orange of his fire. a darker almost black like smoke color at the edge of the outline. to the top right is his name, "Prince Nimbus", in a regal cursive font. and throughout the top of the piece lay color-picked circles for easier reference while drawing. end ID]

he's finally unlocked multiple forms of emotion.... #wof #wingsoffire #wofoc #wingsoffireoc #artfight

[ID: a digital art piece of my character, Prince Nimbus, inspired by the series Wings of Fire in a set of various different expressions. Varying in size. The first expression is a bust of him, to the right of the page, smiling smugly to the side as his snout is pointed to the left of the canvas. A curve to his long crimson neck as his firey orange underbelly and golden yellow finish near the base of his throat is showing. A crest of spines flaring proudly as his mouth is open wide with glee. A devious look in his eye as he holds his wing to his mouth as if hiding a secret. The second expression is a smaller one of him in the top left corner. His head tilted upwards as he holds a single pink nail polished finger to his chin. A pensive expression as he looks to the top of the left half of thw page in thought. The third expression is a small sticker-like doodle of his face in the bottom left corner. A cartoonishly sad face and a single tear coming out of his eye, and a little booger bubble coming out of his nose as a heartbroken emoji is beside him. Cartoonishly outlined words reading "Bwomp bwomp" beneath him with many repeating o's. And the third drawing is a close up of his eye. Complete with a small red background of his implied face scales as it pokes out of the canvas. Long luscious eyelashes as he looks off to the side with a silent dramatic flair. end ID]

my little freak, come to life .... #wof #wingsoffire #wingsoffireoc

another digital art of my original character Prince Nimbus placed in a fullbody pose.

a digital fanart of my Wings of Fire character, Prince Nimbus, from the book series by Tui T Sutherland. He is drawn in 3 different busts on a grey canvas, and exhibiting 3 different emotions on each. With a hand model to the bottom left corner. In the first expression, he has rich red scales and a firey orange underbelly. Back turned to the viewer as his long, ridged neck is seen curling around as if to speak to us behind him. He has a cheery grin on his face, yellow teeth and a pastel pink tongue as his eyes are tilted into a smile. A yellow eye with an orange iris from the three fourths perspective we see him in. A darker red talon is raised towards his mouth, as if he's cheerfully whispering some sort of secret.
The second is a straight on reference, as we see his entire face pointing towards the viewer. he's looking off to the side as he smirks nonchalantly

fighting for my life as we speak the art block is so bad rn, take my gay children as compensation #wof #wingsoffire #wofocs

a digital fanart of my Wings of Fire ocs, Nimbus and Thunder. They're both skywings sitting back-to-back to each other. With Nimbus at the forefront. He has a smug grin on his face, his bright yellow eyes looking off to the side as he holds a hand to his chest dramatically. Grinning with his mouth open as if bragging about something. He has rich red scales and a vivid orange underbelly. Thunder is behind him, seen with a victorious smile on his brown and bright white under-snout as he looks to the right of the canvas. He has much simpler colors in comparison; a hearty yellow with a brown-scaled face like he dunked it into the mud. A bright white tearduct beneath his green eye we can see from the side. Like a bird of prey.

my sona chasin some chovies !!! #wof #wingsoffire #wofart

a digital art piece of my Wings of Fire sona, Spring Tide, a greenish blue seawing with yellow teeth and fresh green bioluminescent markings, chasing a school of anchovy as they flee from her through the cool teal sea. The anchovies are reflecting the light of the sun overhead, with grey skin and green looking lights on their backs as they appear to be swimming in motion through to the upper right side of the canvas. While Spring Tide is facing the viewer, the fish are shown to be in front of her as she chases them around with a defiant expression and a confident grin. Jaws wide as bubbles escape her, a warm yellow light lights the bottom of her face like treasure in the sea as her wings are open wide. Reflecting the light of the sun above the surface and the artistically ambiguous light coming from beneath her.

doctors HATE this 1 simple trick .... #wingsoffire #wof #wofkinkajou

a bright, pastel digital art piece of Kinkajou from the show Wings of Fire; a fanart of her as a magical girl. her face is to the top right of the screen. and though she has her draconic head, tilting 3/4ths as she looks to the viewer with a cheery smile, she has human like hands. holding them outwards to the viewer as if to show them something. her hands are thrust out, a single glowing strawberry floating between them. She is wearing a giant puffy magical girl dress fluffing out to the bottom left as if her torso is tilting to the right. (In this case, her left). The dress has a cream-colored blouse, a midway where the giant puffy bow lays around her neck, both the bow and the skirt of her dress are colored a soft pastel yellow, a lace petticoat beneath the skirt as it lines the bottom of the piece. Bringing the viewer to the lines of strawberries that border the top and bottom of the portrait, placed in a pattern as one is tilted to the right and the next is tilted to the left, as if dancing horizontally across the piece. A total count of six strawberries in both the top and bottom.

pt. 1 of that "dude ur speech bubbles switched !!!" meme if it was freakinf awesome #wingsoffire #wof #kinkajou #moonwatcher

a fanart comic of the characters Kinkahou and Moonwatcher from the series Wings of Fire by Tui T Sutherland. Kinkajou and Moon do follow their canon descriptions in the books, with Kinkajou being a bright yellow rainwing with a pink top layer of scales tracing down her nose, frills, wings, to the tip of her tail. And Moonwatcher as a dark green nightwing with a dark green underbelly and a light green nose, horns, and teardrop scales. Some creative liberties I took being making Kinkajou's eyes a bright almost neon green as her pupils are colored a slightly dimmer, richer green. A vibrant purple tongue and inner mouth and long lashes like the filament of a flower. With Moonwatcher having four sided stars on her body; one on her forehead and shoulders, and bright yellow eyes with a lighter green pupil. Small bright blue spectacles perched on her snout.

The first slide: Kinkajou and Moon are facing each other as if in conversation, a wide smile from Kinkajou as she says "oh my god she looks so pretty today" in a bright pink comic sans text. A thought bubble below her, however, says "hi moony" with a bunch of exclamation points and an emoticon smiley face at the end. As Moon, who has heard both dialogues at the same time, simply blushes shyly as she looks to Kinkajou with a blank face.

Second slide: the camera pans away from Kinkajou as we see Moon is completely shocked silly. Her mouth is held farther agape now as the artstyle has simplified drastically, replaced with rounder shapes as her eyes go circular in sheer confusion. A tiny tidbit at the side pointing to Moon, the narrator tells the viewer she "genuinely doesn't know which was her inside thought and which was her outside thought" in parentheses.

Third slide: The camera pans back out as we see a patient Kinkajou sitting straight as if waiting for Moon to respond to her. A tail tucked around her. Moon sits to the right as she seemingly freezes in place. A wall of text is seen opaque behind her, representing her thoughts as she is begging herself to say something. Comically large beads of sweat are dripping down her face as she looks around all shifty eyed.

magical girl-ification beam !!!!! #wingsoffire #wof #jadewinglet

a digital fanart from the book series Wings of Fire by Tui T Sutherland featuring all of the arc 2 protagonists sat in a row next to each other on a grey background, as they are all dressed in large bows and elegant puffy shoulder sleeves. heavily inspired in little magical girl designs for outfits. each bow matches the color scheme to the dragon it wears; with Peril wearing a bow of copper-like red, Qibli wearing a bow of orange, Kinkajou wearing one of bright yellow, Turtle wearing a light lime green, Winter wearing a cool blue, and Moon wearing a dark purple bow. Each dragon follows their canon color schemes in the books, though with certain creative liberties: Peril is a fiery red with streaks of electric blue lining her neck and glowing from her ears, her nasal cavity glowing blue on her snout. Qibli is a sandy beige with a large frill and freckles all over his cheeks down to his shoulders and paws, amber pupils with a grey eye color. Kinkajou a summer yellow with an upside of bright candy pink and blue pupils with green eyes. Turtle a fresh green dragon, a lighter green underbelly and dark brown eyes with a green background. Winter with cold pastel blue scales, bright blue eyes and iris. And Moon with a much darker mix of green foresty underscales and night-sky like upper scales, green pupils with a yellow eye color.

"and as i set to face it, i'm unsure" "should i embrace it ? should i run ?" #wingsoffire #wof #wofoc

a digital piece of my Wings of Fire fanmade character Nimbus, a bright red dragon with a bright orange belly and a golden chest with a hole in it, concave, gold light coming from the back of it as if punched through like paper. he is sitting up. the drawing is bright like fire seen through closed eyelids; this piece partners with the one prior of his younger sister holding his heart on the table in front of them, as if she had ripped it out in front of him through the hole. he is facing her. though not apparent, he is facing a vibrant pink (representing Stratus) as tears flood his face and fall unto the table in front of him. a heart on the platter that Stratus (his younger sister) is about to carve into with long wicked claws. maybe once they used to love each other. but not anymore.
