- He had a sailboat (or houseboat) named the Whimsy (Whimsy of the Weston) - The ring shown on Dark Shadows was from an estate sale - He met princess Diana during his Little Foxes tour
- He was a dog lover! He owned medium sized dog 🐶 named Little Dog of the Big Heart (little dog for short) and a husky named Nick. He brought Little Dog and Nick on Broadway tour with him - Additionally he went to a restaurant and saved a piece of bacon to bring back to Little Dog 🥺
