I’m happy for all the animators that gave it their all in the Avatar movie, despite everything, despite the leaks and decisions outside their knowledge or control. I know them, I know they did their very best. I hope they get jobs and be comfortable with their lives.
Said everything, these are some of the 2D shots (there are more but these are my favorite) from the movie. I learned so much from the 2D team, full of incredible people, Michael, Husain, and Jacob Tobin that helped me to finish that Ocean Spirit shot. Despite everything, I'm happy for being here 🥹

i think the most fun part of doing ur own digital paintings is getting to mess around with blend/nodes hue shifting on the layers afterwards lol
