I pay $200 a week for food, yet the supermarket doesn't buy anything from me. Therefore I have a $200 trade imbalance with the supermarket. I'm LOSING $200 a week to them. If I stop buying food, I stop losing $200 a week. Problem solved! Idiocracy.
