i updated the archive's backend during my bsky vacation (almost nothing changed for the average user) feeds in particular now use the same query parameters as the archive so you can easily customize them

it's taken me a very long time, but i've finally realized i actually do have an aesthetic preference and it's just simple gradients. it was weird seeing people find a niche to settle into because it felt like i just didn't feel strongly about any particular style. but there it is.
