i love the who, but i feel like the line, "meet the new boss, same as the old boss" did such irreparable damage to boomer's brains that they've never been able to imagine things could be better.
as someone who is not a musician, it's a very strange feeling to have a song you sang on 15 years ago stuck in your head.
everything about this movie was immaculate. from the story, to the aesthetic, to the vibes. it gripped me immediately, and i couldn't wait to see where it went.
between the weezer sample, the bono feature, and the lin-manuel collab, carter 6 feels like it's specifically designed to appeal to my cringey ass.
just almost unironically typed "winder" instead of "window".
it's always kind of wild to listen to an album that absolutely would have rocketed to the top of your year-end list had you listened to it that year.
one time they made a whole ass kamen rider based around wine, and it was so fuckin' cool.
just a really perfect album to listen to while the sun comes up.
