rhcp definietly got inspired by a lot funk bands. they even has george clinton as the producer for their album before. their earlier albums feel like a love letter for funk (thanks to flea)

lake mungo - 27 june the start was very boring and it got me not focus on the movie for a while. but overall, pretty sad movie instead of scary. understand the hype and understand the hate too (??)

Suburbia - 27 June first couple of minutes, I don't understand where this movie is going until the middle of the movie. I love the chemistry between the characters. Flea mentioned in his book that he had the most fun of filming here and I could tell by their interaction Solid 8 movie overall
Moonlight - 25 June finished this movie 2 days ago and I still haven't move on. The ending is really beautiful and I love the story a lot. All the shots are amazing too, genuinely one of the most beautiful movie out there
