Dominic Tarason@dominictarason.com · 2d agoOoh, big STALKER 2 patch, addressing the main complaint currently (enemies spawn/despawn well within sniper/binocular range) as well as a ton of other bugfixes. And there's still a second expansion and online multiplayer to come.

Idk if I can be bothered to watch Edge Runners 2, I really dislike how Netflix drops all episodes at once makes me feel like I have to binge but then just make it a movie at that point. I guess they have all the Data to say it works but I will never understand or like it.

Final Gears rankings after finishing E-Day: 1.Gears of War 3 2.Gears of War: E-Day 3.ears of War 2 4.Gears 5 5.Gears of War 6.Gears of War 4 I still think about how much I loved Gears of War 3 after finishing it a few months ago. E-Day is a pretty close 2nd though.

Visually incredible, story is mostly good, new squad are kinda meh (for for chud reasons) and gameplay is great. Squad Ai still blows though, 6th mainline game and I'm still sat here wondering where my squad are or what they're shooting at.

I also cannot deal with all these Ai thumbnails anymore 🫠 @nexusmods.com please can we have something to cut down on the amount of ai thumbnails it's too damn much and they're all unrelated to the mods

It took some messing about but I finally got Witcher performance to a place I'm happy with. I keep going back and forth on Path Tracing, half the time the performance is the same as normal RT then other times it drops to 30-40fps. PM needs work, the DoF is unusable and more poses/expressions
Idk if this is a hot take but I can't stand this trend in indie games where 1 game takes off and then 100 more popup. It feels so lazy and like such a cash grab, I don't wanna see more "simulator" games I don't wanna see more tidy up these 1 million things games etc And how many have the Ai tag 🥴
Just need Black Flag and that's the easily acquired ones done. Tempted to get the big anthology box but not a clue where I'd put it

Too many mods are using Ai thumbnails. It's an instant skip for me. If you can't be bothered to show what your mod is in a simple thumbnail I'm not gonna bother looking at it
It's such a night and day difference going from more classic AC controls to modern controls, the new ones feel so bad and I can't for the life of my understand why Ubisoft are still deadest on this control scheme. It feels so much less responsive and clunky
I keep banging on about Assassin's Creed lately but I've really just fallen in love with this franchise again. AC3 you will forever remain my under rated king ✊This game was and always will be fantastic

My nerd corner is coming together! Origins and Odyssey arrived just waiting on Unity which is taking longer than it should and need to get the older games again since I just have the loose disc in binders but might get the big anthology box instead 🤔
I've also realised how many weird collections/double packs there are and I really want to get them just because they look funny. Like why are Witcher 3 and Dark Souls bundled? Idk but what a duo of great games! Pure and Lego Batman? why the hell not!
