I just did the laziest thing and am so pleased with myself. A neighbor brought over a sack of apricots from their tree, and I was going to make jam. But I already have SO MUCH JAM in the pantry! So I’m freezing these for pork, chicken, curries, etc. this winter. #LazyCooking #TheOutpost

Several apricots halved and pitted on a sheet pan. These will be frozen, then thrown loose into freezer bags to use in curries, pork stews, with roasted chicken, etc.
