1/4 Today, Ghent University suspended Nathan Cofnas. It was about time. There’s a fundamental difference between facts and opinions. Statements about facts are either true or false. Opinions are right or wrong, or somewhere in between. Opinions are always subjective, at least to some extent.

A case of burying the lede. Midway through, there's a quote: "people estimated that around a quarter of the national budget goes on overseas aid — far higher than the real figure of 0.3% of gross national income." Why do people in the UK feel that way? That's the question. Everything else follows.
