It's been one full year since my bottom surgery as of today! It's so surreal to think that I've had my coochie a full year now...

Both of my pets are absolute angels. It's just that my dog is a "platonic ideal of a winged do-gooder with a halo" angel, while my cat is a "Biblically-accurate wheels-of-eyes harbinger from Revelation" angel. When she meows, she's yelling "BE NOT AFRAID."

So, DragonCon was kind of amazing this year. 🥰 A tremendous THANK YOU to @senabryer.com, @javierprusky.bsky.social, Peter Bramhill, and all of the DragonCon crew for making moments like this possible!
Saw End of Oak Street. Dinosaurs? Abysmal. CGI? Worse than the dinosaurs. Anne Hathaway? HOT. Lesbians? A pleasant surprise. Car bursting into flames with pitch-perfect comedic timing? LOL. All in all, very dumb and pretty decent. Best viewed with friends while poking fun at it.
Apparently the party habits of Millennials is a 'discourse' now. Look, when Boomers & Gen-X infantlize you & dismiss your every accomplishment, and Zoomers & Gen-Alpha disregard you as 'Unc,' you kinda got nothing left but to find some kind of joy as a generation condemned both coming & going.
Y'know what I really hate about modern politics? They're weird and stupid, but not to Metal Gear Solid levels of weird and stupid. Where are the cloned super-soldier presidents & Soviet cowboys running shadow governments? Why are there no cyborg senators screaming "NANOMACHINES, SON!" in Congress?

Can I just say, I find the idea that you have to be plugged into politics 24/7 to be inherently ableist? I have clinical anxiety. The last several times I tried to follow the news, I wound up with multi-day panic attacks and cardiac arhythmia. I MEDICALLY CANNOT. STOP GUILT-TRIPPING ME.

My hot take as an alt millennial: Deftones has always sounded to me like the most generic music on the planet. I genuinely don't get why they're so beloved. Literal royalty-free filler music for social media is catchier and more memorable than any given Deftones song.
Well, I wasn't -planning- on learning Chinese history this month, but...clearly Where Winds Meet had other ideas. A'ight, back to my Google rabbit hole on the Tang Dynasty.
Friday's gonna be rough. Goth night at 8pm, Home by 12am, Sleep until 4am, Get up and watch the FFXIV Fanfest Berlin keynote speech & Dev Panel. Maybe take a nap afterwards. (Worth it!)
Imagine seeing all the hate for Tbe Odyssey and thinking it must be because of some backstage cast/crew mistreatment scandal or using AI...only to find out it's just because Black people and a trans person are in it.
FFXIV Fanfest Berlin is exactly one week away. I am gnawing my whole arm off in anticipation. Fanfest Anaheim was INSANE, I can't imagine what they'll announce for Berlin!
