My new piece for @ecpr.bsky.social The Loop is out, a summary of research published in @govandopp.bsky.social on gender equality in the Western Balkan EU candidates. When public opinion and Brussels agree, parties signal commitment. When they don‘t, silence follows, especially on #lgbtq rights.
