Trisha Paytas is such a good example of resilience and turning your mental health around. Honestly, seeing her thrive is the best thing ever

Family estrangement is so bizarre. I just cried to a video on tiktok of a family doing a birthday cake for their dad who had passed away, adding candles and saying things he would be proud of them for I can only imagine how loved that family was & what a joy, even in such heartache for them

I love vaccines so much. I walk around old cemeteries all the time to de-stress and wonder how different life was without (now) preventable illnesses. Undercliffe Cemetery in Bradford has 40% child burial, despite being one the wealthiest cemeteries of its time We don't know how lucky we are today

I read Karolina Kariko's biography and her discovery of mRNA vaccines. 20+ years of research, demotions & threats to deport her, but she persevered It is genuinely inspirational and I feel like a proud mum when I see her work go onto save so many more lives and prevent/heal health conditions #mRNA

mRNA vaccines vs cancer success —melanoma (Phase 3, RCT, definitive, announced today) —triple negative breast cancer —pancreatic cancer —non-small cell lung cancer —glioblastoma

I didnt think I was that burnt out perhaps, until I burst out crying to the lyrics: "On my last night on Earth, I'd pay a high price, to have no regrets and be done with my life"

The documentary of Kendra Licari abusing her own daughter and her boyfriend via text will forever be one of the most insane things I've ever watched

There's not many children on my estate, but the weather is nice and theyre playing in my front garden with my neighbour. Its actually really nice and reminds me of being a kid again, its cute

Saw video of a man calling the cops of another man who brought his two daughters into women's bathroom Never seen a woman kick off about this, nor women bringing in their sons either Policing of bathrooms is not a hill to die on
