Seattle trip this weekend has been great! Checking off lots of go-to visits -Pike Place, the ferry, Mariners Game, floating bridge. I looooove the amount of trees and topographical diversity here, a nice change of pace from the LA basin!

Though my work can be stressful sometimes, I'm grateful to have a job that's mentally engaging and productively active. I get to work on some really cool things ✨and✨ those really cool things actually get built in front of my eyes. Not a lot of engineering positions afford you that.

I'm visiting an old college friend in Atlanta and using my furry-stickered Pelican case as luggage and the nonchalance with which he doesn't care and is even aware of furries through his acquaintances is a truly refreshing feeling.
I had a half day to kill after my 5k yesterday so I decided to try my hand at trainspotting! Went to Cajon Pass and visited Hill 582. Very overcast misty weather, but the nature was nice and I got to use my truck for some light offloading!
