I had a nightmare last night, I was a Sergeant Major in a mercenary army doing a job in Africa securing a rare earth mineral mine. Fucking chaos! Anyway, whilst I was out there, Utd decided to sell the land for the new stadium to a sister company and spent the money on Morgan Gibbs White.
I'm enjoying all these premier clubs paying hugely inflated prices and salaries for players. There's been no discernible increase in tv money, sponsorship and match day revenue so at some point these elevated fees are likely to come back and haunt the clubs paying them.

Podcast dilemma. There's a one-off podcast with Kieran Maguire (who I really like) and hosted by that High Performance nobhead who used to be on BT Sport (who nobody likes). On balance, I'll probably have to give this one a miss.
The thing I worry about with either a new stadium or a redeveloped Old Trafford is that ownership of the stadium will be separated from the club. Not owning your own ground is asking for trouble down the road.
Chelsea are clearly trying to buy some experience/leadership on the cheap to sit alongside their youth. With Casemiro leaving I feel like Utd could do with a bit of this.
