The country isn’t, the party possibly is. I don’t think any party should do this during a governing term without an extremely good reason be cause you’re right, it does feel undemocratic, but the system is as it is for now. Having a general election every five minutes solves nothing.
Democracy solves nothing? Changing from Starmer to Burnham solves less. Instability like this is atrocious for the economy. The party isn’t concerned with policy so much as MPs are worried about losing their seats which is not the same thing even if they feel it is
People will do almost anything to keep from loosing their Jobs wether being a normal person or a Politician.🤷♂️
