As someone who has played video games my whole life and is an elder millennial, Iโ€™ve seen a lot of industry changes. I feel like for me personally the trends now are just boring outside of horror and indie games. I want to like more out there, but it just feels hollow now seeing whatโ€™s popular.

Leucovorin for autism is the same thing as ivermectin for COVID-19. It's going to do nothing, you'll see shortages of it now for people that need it for their cancer treatment, and it's going to waste everyone's time with this bullshit. I'm high functioning, and I will never take it.

Just finished the secret ending of Silksong, and wow what a ride. For me itโ€™s probably GOTY with Act 3. Without it, it feels really incomplete. Going to start editing footage and writing a script for a video essay on my experience.

I havenโ€™t really talked about Silksong because like others I never really knew if/when it was going to happen. Now that weโ€™re going to hear official news about it tomorrow, I sort of just feel like Iโ€™m along for the ride. Does anyone else feel this way? It seems so surreal to me.

It's looking increasingly likely that, despite record profits, Microsoft decided to kneecap their entire games division to balance the books on their AI investments. The 'sigma thought leader' CEO class are so completely sold on this being The Future that they're willing to burn everything else.

store.steampowered.com/app/3560030/... I've got a game listed on Steam! Am I a real dev yet? Please note that this version is not different from the one you can snag for free on github. It'll be listed for 6 dollars on Steam because I need food, but you can always cop it free from the repo.
