People who didn't vote in 2024: Everything is horrible! Harris voters: He's the worst president ever. He's destroying America. trump voters: Woke! DEI! Immigrants! Trans! Big cities! Elites! The deep state! Congrats! We're all miserable! Everyone keep acting like we're "back to normal". It's fine.

Americans don't have a realistic memory or accurate assessment of 2016 through the current day. Covid was absolutely a relief valve for the bad decisions of his first term. Things falling apart FELT like it was because of covid. The mistakes are so much worse this time. The fallout will be scary

Can someone direct me to the liberal bubble section of bluesky? Because on mine, I'm subjected to a constant stream of people pointing out the failing of liberals and reposting everything happening in the actual echo chamber of the right I'd really like to be in a REAL liberal bubble to be honest

Most republicans will never support seeking justice Most non-voters don't have the stomach for years of public drama There is a small cadre of decent people who know justice is worth the effort MOST Americans just want the problem to go away Yet he'll never do the right thing like nixon Quagmire

I know it's a broken record kind of thing...... BUT imagine his approval rating if the zeitgeist (the media) treated him like Biden inflation, egg prices, age...... or Kamala Harris laugh..... or Obama tan suit...... Hillary Clinton email...... These 33% are almost totally isolated and insulated.

Harry Enten: "Trump has reached the lowest net approval rating ever for a President of the US. The lowest previous record was when Trump was 24 points underwater in term one. He is now 25 points underwater." Too bad voters read and listened to propaganda. 🙄

Haha! One of the best blocks ever! David Roberts blocking me because I made a joke about how he was personally qualified to call someone else glib! Glib little @volts getting his feelings hurt.....

Screenshot showing David Roberts of Volts blocking me on bluesky because I made a joke about him calling someone glib was a little too pot calling the kettle black.

I chuckled hearing @volts.wtf refer to a sentiment as glib. This is like Michael Jordan using tenacious, Meryl Streep using dramatic or leonardo DaVinci using creative as a pejorative when referring to someone else......

President: republican Senate: republican majority House: republican majority Supreme court: republican majority States: majority under republican control Media: anti liberal bias to stoke rage bait Companies: pro tax cuts Zeitgeist: WHY ARE THE DEMS DOING THIS TO US!!?!?

All my life I've been interested in the shadowy things the American government does that no one ever knows about..... but years later are declassified. So if this is all the stuff they are doing out in the open, and to be honest, bragging about...... what is happening in the shadows?

Margin Needed to "flip" PA(19) 120,266 60,134 MI(15) 80,103 40,052 WI(10) 29,397 14,699 Total needed to "flip" 114,885 If Kamala Harris "flipped" just 114,885 votes in just 3 states, she'd be president right now

Even before they jettisoned Biden, AOC said something prescient. To paraphrase. You have a very important cause you want to see fixed. With whoever the Democrat might be, you'll be able to fight to right that particular wrong. With trump as president, you'll instead be fighting to stop his wrongs.

Gavin Newsom is governor to more people than 21 states COMBINED. Kathy Hochul is governor to more than 11 states COMBINED. Zohran Mamdani is mayor to more than 9 states COMBINED. Karen Bass is mayor to more than 5 states COMBINED. Even Katie Wilson is mayor to more people than 3 individual states.

The pie chart represents what much of America THINKS is the breakdown of the American "political divide" The graph shows a more accurate representation. 20.5 ineligible to vote and those under 18 34.7 chose not to vote 22.1 voted Democratic Party 22.7 voted republican

Pie chart showing 51% republicans and 49% DemocratsChart showing 20. 5% ineligible to vote. 34.7% chose not to vote. 22.1% voted for Democrat. 22.7 voted for republican.

Humans have always struggled. We're not built to be content, dare I say "happy". Unfortunately, we have sort of reached the stage where our know-how, wealth and technology could in theory solve all Americans problems. We COULD be content. Almost all of the chaos we're seeing now is manufactured.
