Extremely unwell lately, new med adjustments have been bad all month. I can say I've barely slept, and last night was extra extra bad. I haven't been eating well/don't want to eat or cook either. Just kinda...barely here. Pushing on. And yea, I told my doctor but they just dismissed me, as always.
