Had my first steak in 7 years last night. Doctors told me to stay away from red meat but last night I decided "Fuck it, I'm having one." Having a colonoscopy in 3 weeks so... in my memory it tasted waaaay better. Everyone else tried it and said it was delicious. Apparently I enjoy chicken more.

I was probably the only Canadian that didn't watch the gold medal game... I had to choose between the game and helping my grandson build his first snowman. No brainer.
