Harvest today, Hawthorne the #heartmaster and a bit of rosehip. I do juices with it. The whole plant is #edible so I don't worry about removing bits, just what goes when rinsing. Berries into a large pan with lots of water, bring to boil, leave to infuse overnight. Sieve, reboil the liquid, jar up.

All the letterboxes in Wฤnaka (and beyond maybe ) received that House of the year 100 pages glossy magazine. Just #shocked that the word #sustainability appears ONCE in the first 14 pages of it! Nor in the editorial, nor in the ads. I will read on hoping for natural low carbon local materials.
