I need to start making plans and booking stuff for my bday in Oct so that my friends can arrange stuff to come for it, but I can't do that yet because I have no idea if my flare is going to come back. My husband and I have been together for 14 years today - We met on Twitter, spoke for many months and then secretly went to meet in person at a summer camp on 4th August 2012! We did long distance for 6 long years and it was so worth it ❤️ Anyways, he made me this cake for today 🍰

Had a scary meeting at work this morning so I'm going to spend the rest of the day ruminating about it and everything I said wrong or should have said differently 🙃

Sorting out my daily meds box has been kind of a pain in the ass recently because I'm on so many. I usually do it at night and I forgot tonight was the night I needed to do it and I'm SO tired. I came upstairs to find my husband having done most of it for me so I could just take them and go to bed 😭
