A little Saturday night seafood celebration: Fortunate to have a little stash of Aldi shrimp and scallops in the freezer. 💃 Chili crisp, lemon, soy, a touch of maple to sear the shrimp. S&P scallops, basic. The sautéed spinach with garlic and grape tomatoes was the perfect, simple side. Cheers 🦋🥂💙
