Peter Thiel said it best: “Superior distribution can compensate for inferior product, but a superior product will not sell itself with poor distribution.”

Momentum is everything. Action creates information. Information creates better decisions. Better decisions create more action. The compound effect is exponential. One win creates two opportunities. Two opportunities create four wins.

Still astonishes me to this day. That if you’re sick. There is a very high chance you can just THINK yourself better. And heal yourself by just thinking about being healed. That is how powerful the placebo effect is. A literal example of your mind distorting reality.

I suggest everyone who spends significant amount of their time online. To take a break. To hit the gym. To spend some time in nature. And most importantly to spend time with your family. There are too many brutal reminders of how short life can be. If you’re alive. Then LIVE.

read more books. send more DMs. take more risks. start more projects. have more conversations. visit more countries. meet more strangers. fail at more things. the answer to almost every problem in your 20s and 30s is simply: more.

What are you afraid of? Death? Coming either way. Shame? No one remembers past next week. Losing everything? You'll rebuild with better blueprints. There's nothing actually stopping you except the story you keep telling yourself about what might go wrong.

The ones who actually win are obsessive students of the game. They don't just learn rules. They master them. Then break them. They don't stay in their lane. They study everything. Psychology. Philosophy. Art. Business. The body. The mind.

Everyone should write. Not for an audience. For themselves. Document everything. Milk every detail of your existence. Your life is the only material you'll ever truly own. Be brutally honest. When you stop hiding, others will stop hiding too.

Going to the gym consistently was one of my highest ROI decisions Good for health/ aging /Mental health /stress tolerance and extremely neuroprotective BUT biggest is the mindset shift via realising the impossible can be achieved through consistent persistence Compounding
